The Canadian Botanical Conservation Network (CBCN) is dedicated to aiding the conservation of Canada's natural biological diversity. through the work of the botanical gardens and arboreta across Canada. CBCN began in 1995 as a joint project of Royal Botanical Gardens (Hamilton/Burlington, Ontario), Environment Canada and McMaster University in 1995.
