[D-multisensory] Postdoctoral position at Charite Berlin

A Starting Grant of the European Research Council (ERC) will fund the positionThe main objective of this ERC research program is to examine neural and neurochemical markers of multisensory integration and to test a new hypothesis that considers dynamic interplay of synchronized neural populations as a key to multisensory processes. The studies within this program include healthy subjects and patients with schizophrenia, as an example of a mental disorder with deficits in multisensory integration. Multisensory processes will be examined in a series of experiments requiring both bottom-up and top-down processing.

Experience in human EEG/MEG studies, Matlab programming skills, as well as German language skills for interacting with patients are prerequisites for the position.
