____

Dear Colleague,

Symposia proposals, abstract submissions and conference registrations for
the 6th Annual Meeting of the International Multisensory Research Forum are
now being accepted.

CALL FOR SYMPOSIA

To begin the symposia submission process click the submission button at
http://imrf.info/2005.

Each symposium needs an organizer and a maximum of 4 presenters. There will
be a limited number of symposia, thus not all submissions will be accepted.
As the ORGANIZER, you need to submit a title, a brief overview of the
session, and the e-mail addresses of the invited presenters. You may also
specify a discussant. You will only need to provide a title and abstract if
you are giving one of the symposium presentations. When the SYMPOSIUM
PRESENTERS go to the submission page, they need to enter their e-mail
address exactly as specified by the symposium organizer, and then a title
and abstract for their presentation. They will be automatically linked to
the symposium.

Deadline for symposia submission is January 17th 2005.

CALL FOR PAPERS

Abstracts for poster and oral presentations are now being accepted. To begin
submission process click the submission button at http://imrf.info/2005.

Please note that all single paper presentations will be submitted as posters
and the organizing committee will invite some of these presenters to give
oral presentations.

Deadline for papers submission is March 21st 2005.

GRADUATE STUDENT AWARDS

In keeping with IMRF tradition, the organizing committee will select up to 6
papers for inclusion in the Graduate Student Symposium. The presenting
authors will receive funding from the IMRF towards the costs of travel and
accomodation. To apply for a Graduate Student Award, go through the standard
abstract submission process and indicate your desire to be considered for
this award.

PROGRAM ADVANCE

We have the pleasure to announce that Prof. Giacomo Rizzolatti (University
of Parma, Italy) and Prof. Kevin G. Munhall (Queen’s University, Canada)
will be delivering keynote addresses this year. There will also be a
tutorial on neuroanatomy by Dr. Charles E. Schroeder (The Nathan Kline
Institute, USA).
