The official radiation level in Ramsar Iran is up to 260 mSv/year, but that is natural radiation, so it's acceptable.

Do you think living organisms can distinguish between natural radioactivity (from radium) and human-made radioactivity?

At one point he gets a reading of 25 micro Sieverts per hour, which is 219 mSv per year – not exactly negligible by current standards, if that is a typical reading for the wider area.  Whether you believe exceeding current standards is actually dangerous or not is another question….
