I actually keep a copy of that paper on my desk!
And while it is an amazing piece of work, from a nuclear professionals perspective... I can't help but wonder if the general public will be swayed by "peak radial average fuel enthalpy..." type arguments...
I mean, if people are scared by the very important sounding "positive void coefficient", will PRAFE reassure them??
