I would suggest right off the bat, however, that it's not only "Canada's isotope crisis", but "the world's isotope crisis". The fragility of the supply chain is a global problem, and Canada is simply one player doing more than its fair share.
Also, the story may have a happy ending by the time this topic comes up at the WNU.

crisis. Can you suggest good background reading for the
group? Technical background info is great but the discussion focus
will be on the broader issues. I need the info in the next week or
