[cdn-nucl-l] Seeking info on Canada's isotope crisis

Folks,

I will be attending the World Nuclear University Summer Institute 
2010 in July as a facilitator.  At this event 100 up and coming young 
nuclear professionals from around the world meet to network and 
discuss nuclear issues.  One discussion topic is the Canadian isotope 
crisis.  Can you suggest good background reading for the 
group?  Technical background info is great but the discussion focus 
will be on the broader issues.  I need the info in the next week or 
so.  Thanks in advance.

Also, if you have thoughts on how the discussion should be framed, fire away.
