Hey Jaro,
Prob'ly because that dried-out core is rolling along the
bottom of the Ottawa River because that same earthquake caused the
Swisha dam to collapse. Rolling along, that is, until it gets to
Oiseau Rock where the water is around 290' (I'm sorry, 88.4 m) deep. It'll
then stay there because the bottom suddenly rises as you go
downstream....
