Just to clarify:
I didn't assume anything.
Just because I posted that Editorial, doesn't mean I agree with it (by a long shot !).
It was more to give others an opportunity to respond to it, by sending a 'letter to the Editor.'

Jaro: A little bit of knowledge can indeed be very misleading. 

Please, you must not assume that this issue has been fully dealt with -- as the PM said yesterday there are many issues still remaining to be resolved.  What has already been done has  been done properly, and most importantly has been done IN TIME.  

Many thousands of cancer patients  were helped directly by Parliament's actions to date.
