[cdn-nucl-l] No Moving Parts

Has anyone considered the use of a small nuclear reactor to produce 
hydrogen, running that hydrogen to a fuel cell, and getting electricity 
out.  Would this make it possible to get electricity without almost no 
moving parts?  It might be an alternative to using a turbine.  If we 
have small reactors such as the one proposed by Hyperion then this 
approach might be feasible.
