[cdn-nucl-l] Return of Spent Fuel to Originating Country

Hello,

There had been some discussions of the possibility that spent nuclear 
fuel should be returned to the originating country where the  fuel 
was produced (e.g. to Canada).  I understand that this idea has since 
been discounted for Canada, but I don't have the news 
items/discussions on this issue - does anyone know where this 
information may be found?  Please feel free to respond directly to me.
