OPG or Bruce Power should submit an unsolicited proposal offering even 
cleaner power for free.  That would put the fox among the chickens.  I 
suspect that the resulting debate would be pretty educational for most 
people.  Our nuclear industry is doomed to languish for as long as they 
refuse to promote their products.
