Hi Randall,

  One challenge with raising public awareness was brought to light in
Finland when they were preparing to start work on the Olkiuoto Unit 3
AREVA EPR.

  Prior to government involvment in the project, public support for the
project was high (~60%).

  Once they started hearing about government debate on the project every
day in the news for months, public support dropped substantially.

  Once the project was approved, and the project disappeared from the
news, public support rebounded to previous levels.
