Environment alliance says nuclear ads misleading
Dec. 19.

Maybe the Canadian Nuclear Association should ask the Competition Bureau to
investigate the comments and ads put out by the advocates of wind generation
that say wind is a clean power source and neglect to point out that back-up
power from continuously running polluting and greenhouse gas spewing coal-
and gas-powered plants is necessary for it to be integrated into the grid.
