Jaro has mentioned this idea several times on this list.  Is there any 
uptake at all?  To me it seems like a really important advance.  It 
should be researched and developed.  Is anyone going to do it?  If not, 
why not?  One would think that AECL would be jumping up and down with 
this concept since it gives them a chance to really win market share.  
Are they?
