In CBC picture, the plant is NOT nuclear power plant.

It is clearly visible in enlarged picture that fume
coming out from Vent stacks... It is impossible in
PWRs, those are for gases (of course they are filtered
before), and they are NOT visible.
Hence, this is a coal or gas fired power plant.
