RE: [cdn-nucl-l] CBC Bias

There are two smoke stacks in addition to the four cooling towers -- I'd say
the photo shows a large coal plant. No reactor building to be seen
anywhere....

Subject: [cdn-nucl-l] CBC Bias

Even in 2006 the CBC seems to be speaking through clenched teeth as it
reluctantly lists the benefits of nuclear energy. But the poor old CBC
just can't let go of that nuke bashing bias that was so much fun. I
state this because of this article:

http://www.cbc.ca/news/background/energy/rise_nuclear.html

I think the picture shows an American reactor, with all those scary
clouds coming out. Is it true that this picture does not show a
Canadian reactor? So my question is why not show a Canadian site - too
boring?
