My submission to the Ontario government is being drafted at

I am at version 0.08 now. I have received a lot of very good feedback
from lots of people. I would like to thank everyone for this - it has
made the article much better.
I am running out of time so if anyone wants to make further comments
please hurry. It has to go into the snail mail system on 2006 Jan 31.
I would also like to encourage everyone to mail in a response. I think
the number of items received will be counted and will have an effect on
the decisions. Responses have to be on paper.
