Cooperation Needed On Pluthermal Plan

Japan Nuclear Fuel Ltd is to conduct a test run of its nuclear fuel
reprocessing plant at Rokkashomura, Aomori Prefecture, next month.  Just
as the nation is about to embark on the process of extracting plutonium
from spent fuel, the electric power industry has unveiled its plan for
the use of plutonium.
