Hi All,
  I am the Canadian Liason for the International Youth Nuclear Congress
(IYNC). The conference will run June 18-23 2006, and will feature a tour
of the new EPR currently under construction in Finland, as well as the
site of the forthcoming deep geological repository. I am in the process
of developing a Canadian cost breakdown for the event.

  It looks like the total cost for the event, assuming that airfares
stay more or less where they are, should be less than $5000 Cdn.

  As Randall has pointed out, the call for papers is September 15. For
