PS. I should have added that, if you're into "disaster tourism" like Chuck Wightman, then of course you get the most "bang" from your tourism buck by highlighting the most extreme hearsay about the place you visit.
From his account, Mr. Wightman was clearly peeved at the lack of cemeteries in the vicinity of Chernobyl.
Well, you know, if you don't see a monster when you visit Loch Ness, you simply recount stories from others.
