If they mean used once CANDU fuel then this is fantastic news.  That 
stuff is an immense energy reserve.  We are accumulating wealth at a 
rate faster than anyone else if this is true.  This used once fuel is 
worth more than gold.  We are guaranteeing wealth, high living 
standards, and an absolutely clean source of energy for our future 
generations.  What an incredible gift!
