The CAP is pleased to announce the availability of shirts and mugs celebrating the World Year of Physics 2005. The shirts and mug feature the Canadian (bilingual) World Year of Physics logo. Order forms are available on the WYP2005 website --- www.cap.ca/wyp/index.asp .
The mugs are silver with a black lid, and boast the full-colour logo. All CAP 2005 Congress delegates will be receiving a mug with their registration fee, courtesy of the many WYP2005 Congress sponsors (see http://www.cap.ca/wyp/sponsorsHome.asp). Anyone not attending the Congress can order their mug from http://www.cap.ca/wyp/order/mugs.asp .
The WYP t-shirts, golf shirts, and sweatshirts are available in a number of colours and sizes (taxes included, shipping extra). For those of you who are going to the CAP 2005 Congress in Vancouver BC, you can order your shirt for pickup at the Congress and save yourself the shipping costs. The t-shirts and sweatshirts come in two different styles (with a large screenprinted logo on the centre of the shirt, or a small embroidered logo on the upper left corner). They are all high quality products. Order forms for the WYP shirts can be found at http://www.cap.ca/wyp/order/shirts.asp .
For those of you who are having events (e.g. workshops, open houses, etc.) throughout the year, we can provide you with shirts that have the name of your event included on them. If you are interested in exploring this option, please contact the CAP office (cap@physics.uottawa.ca) with the name of the event, the number of shirts you wish to acquire, the style of shirt you are looking for, where you would want the shirts shipped to. The CAP office will get back to you with a quote for the provision of these shirts.
Items in stock will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If your requested item is not in stock, we will require 4-6 weeks for delivery.
