Are You Interested In a New Career In The Growing World Of Nuclear Physics?

Did You Know That There Are Exciting And Lucrative Jobs Available In Reactor
Maintenance?

Wouldn't It Be Great If There Was An Easy To Follow Training Manual -
Approved By The Department Of Energy - That Could Put You On The Path To A
Great New Job At A Nuclear Power Plant?

You need the Nuclear Physics Training Course CD!

It's so easy! You don't need to be a computer expert!

Are you tired of your current job? Or has the New Economy left you out of
work for some time? Why not get qualified with new job skills in a growing
industry?

There is a growing demand for people who can work in nuclear power plants.
However, even routine maintenance jobs require an understanding of the
basics of nuclear physics that most people simply don't have.

That's why nearly anyone who can master these skills will find themselves on
the way to a better, more secure job!

Hello this is Pon in Idaho and I had just received your CD today. I just
wanted to tell you that I wasn't sure about ordering it at first. I thought
I would be disappointed like all the other sources I have ordered. But, when
I first popped it in my computer, let me tell you that this CD has so much
info, that I have been searching through it for about 4 hours already and
there is still so much USEFUL stuff on it, I could not believe it! I have
never been this happy about the other sources I have bought. But I am very
happy about this. I just wanted to write and tell you good job!!!"
-Pon Chanthao -- Nampa, ID

The Three Manuals On This CD Were Created By
The Department Of Energy! This Is The Real Deal!

Anyone who works in any Department Of Energy nuclear facility has to
demonstrate a basic understanding of nuclear physics and related scientific
information. That is why the government put together these three guides that
will serve to both educate you and allow you to take exams to demonstrate
the skills you have acquired.

This information is exactly what the Department Of Energy requires people to
know in order to become:
A nuclear facility operator Maintenance staff Technical support staff

Product Summary

This CD contains three PDF documents that are designed to take you step by
step through all of the information you will need. Each of the three
documents contains testing material and an answer guide - so you can prove
that you have mastered these lucrative job skills.

The first document, Classical Physics, is 142 pages long and is broken down
into five modules. A basic understanding of classical physics is necessary
for DOE nuclear facility operators, maintenance personnel, and the technical
staff to safely operate and maintain the facility and facility support
systems. The information in the handbook is presented to provide a
foundation for applying engineering concepts to the job. This knowledge will
help personnel more fully understand the impact that their actions may have
on the safe and reliable operation of facility components and systems.

The five modules are as follows:

Module 1 - Unit Systems
This module presents the concept of unit systems for the fundamental
dimensions of mass, length, and time used in physics. Additionally,
derivation of units and the conversion of these units is also presented.

Module 2 - Vectors
This module contains information to aid in the determination of the net
effect of various forces on an object and includes graphing vectors, adding
vectors, and determining component vectors of a resultant vector.

Module 3 - Force and Motion
This module presents Newton's Laws of force and motion.

Module 4 - Application of Newton's Laws
This module describes the effect of static and dynamic forces on objects and
includes a discussion of the forces commonly encountered in a nuclear
facility.

Module 5 - Energy, Work, and Power
This module defines energy, work, and power, identifies their various forms,
and discusses the conservation of energy, work, and power including the
measurement and calculation of each.

The second document is Volume One of the Nuclear Physics And Reactor Theory
Handbook. It is also 142 pages long and broken down into two modules. Almost
all processes that take place in a nuclear facility involve the transfer of
some type of energy. This document will teach you how to understand that
process.

The two modules are as follows:

Module 1 - Atomic and Nuclear Physics
This introduces concepts of atomic physics including the atomic nature of
matter, the chart of the nuclides, radioactivity and radioactive decay,
neutron interactions and fission, and the interaction of radiation with
matter.

Module 2 - Reactor Theory (Nuclear Parameters)
This provides information on reactor theory and neutron characteristics. It
includes topics such as neutron sources, neutron flux, neutron cross
sections, reaction rates, neutron moderation, and prompt and delayed
neutrons.

The third document is Volume Two of the Nuclear Physics And Reactor Theory
Handbook. It is 128 pages long and also broken down into two learning
modules. The document includes information on atomic and nuclear physics;
neutron characteristics; reactor theory and nuclear parameters; and the
theory of reactor operation.

The two modules are as follows:

Module 3 - Reactor Theory (Nuclear Parameters)
This explains the nuclear parameters associated with reactor theory. Topics
include the neutron life cycle, reactivity and reactivity coefficients,
neutron poisons, and control rods.

Module 4 - Reactor Theory (Reactor Operations)
This Introduces the reactor operations aspect of reactor theory. Topics
include subcritical multiplication, reactor kinetics, and reactor operation.

It's So Easy!

This one of a kind CD Rom has been designed to be very easy to use and view.
No matter what level of computer experience you have, if you own a computer
you will be able to view the Nuclear Physics Training Course CD quickly and
easily.
