OK - so now we all agree that the emperor has no clothes.  Finally!

So what next?

I think that we need some very small power sources that allow people 
to operate independently.  How small can a fission based electricity 
cell be?  Is there a physical or theoretical limit?  Could every house 
have its own independent power source?  If so, we could probably get 
rid of sewers by decomposing sewage in the home.  This could save us a 
lot of money and probably improve health too.  What are the limits?
