Some media outlets received a letter from the Initiative de resistance internationaliste. The group says it set an explosive charge at the base of a tower in St. Hermenegilde in the Eastern Townships to denounce the ''pillaging'' of Quebec's resources by the United States. The Surete du Quebec has launched an investigation. "The letter was not addressed to us, but we are in the process of legally getting a copy of that letter to identify its origin," said SQ Constable Jayson Gauthier. --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
