At the moment it is difficult to begin the construction of new CANDU 
reactors because the cost structure of the energy business in Canada 
favours pollution.  Dear People - your current legislation makes 
polluting coal and gas cheaper fuels than uranium for electricity 
generation.  In other words, you are directly responsible for the 
global warming pollution that is ending civilization.

The good news here is that you have the power to change this.  You can 
easily shift from the role of villain to that of hero.  All you have 
to do is tax the release of carbon dioxide.  This means that will have 
have grandchildren, and you will be able to tell them that you were a 
visionary leader that helped save society.  Don't you want that happy 
outcome?

Please do the right thing now - tax carbon dioxide pollution.
