True, but rad therapy isn’t diagnostic x-rays. People reject chemo too.  However, some diagnostic x-rays (including mammograms) and nuc med procedures are avoided, although some medical reports may be overstated.

I was right with you until this statement Ruth. A friend of my wife worked
for many years for an oncologist in San Diego. She once told me they had
many patients who chose to die from breast cancer rather than receive
radiation therapy.
