Isn't it interesting how Romania [can] afford to build nuclear plants, while
we can't seem to manage it in North America.

Yes it is interesting.
And I hope they succeed.
I would be particularly interested in some comments on this from our
Romanian friends, and people who (like me) have read Eon Pacepa's Red
Horisons.
It seems odd that free Romanians are working to finish up a megaproject
launched by the dictator Ceaucesku.
Anyone hear what Pacepa thinks of it ?
