California doesn't need new electric generation plants except for
windmills and solar systems. They can get the rest of what they need from
the other states in the West, as they do today.

changed! I have repeatedly requested my elected Assemblyman and Senator
to get the law changed, but they both say the political climate in Sacramento
will not permit it. So there you are. No new nuclear plants in
Calif. until there is a demonstrated waste system, and a reprocessing
system. Not too likely in the foreseeable future.
