[cdn-nucl-l] Estonia considers sharing for new NPP construction in Lithuania

Main Estonian Utility "Eesti Energia" considers sharing for new Nuclear
Power Plant construction in Lithuania.
"Postimees" agency has stated the Estonian Energy Concern would like to be
co-owner of that NPP, which would produce cheaper electricity than current
Estonian plant on shale oil.
Moreover, EU to make tougher ecological range requirements, what
consequently will hit electricity cost, based on shale oil.
