Yeah. Sure. We've been chasing this
willow-the-wisp for what, 40 years or so now? And
we've gotten essentially nowhere. It looks like
the only confinement method that works for sure is
gravitational.  After all, we do have a
functioning hydrogen-fusion power-plant right in
our back yard - a mere 93e6 miles away.  The
problem is that such devices tend to be rather
large, and also tend to emit copious quantities of
hard radiation, both particle and broad-band
electromagnetic.

I wonder if I could get a patent on gravitational
confinement...
