Jeremy,

Your recent proliferation comments contain important logical
disconnections.

You were concerned about NK's former "dual-use reactors". By at least
the tritium connection, CANDU/INDU in India are dual-use reactors. Every
commercial power reactor fuel cycle is potentially dual use.

The logic of your statement that the Israeli bombing of Osirak was "the
best thing to ever happen to the Iraqi nuclear bomb program" suggests
that the Iraqi's needed Israel's attack to perfect its weapons program.
