[cdn-nucl-l] Re: cdn-nucl-l digest, Vol 1 #231 - 2 msgs



The Russians are very clever and perhaps longer range planners than we
think.  If they store the worlds spent nuclear fuel and develop the
reprocessing facilities they will have several trillion dollars worth of
nuclear fuel and useful fission product isotopes to sell to the world in
forty or fifty years.  And the smart thing is they will get it free and
the rest of the world will be paying them to store it until it is
recognized for its worth.  That is ingenious and the rest of the world
is too dumb to see it.  Ed Sayre
