[cdn-nucl-l] Wolsong-4 completes first year of commercial operation



Wolsong-4 completed its first year of commercial operation on Sept 30, 2000,
with a 100.72% annual capacity factor.  That's a gross generation of
6,325,960 MWhe, according to Nucleonics Week, Nov 9, 2000.  It has averaged
100.70% for the first 9 months of 2000.

Here are the CANDU performance stats for the nine months to the end of
September 2000:

to Sep 30 was 55,455,894 MWhe (gross) in 1999 (77.54%) , 54,711,000 in 1998
(76.50%).
