or in MOX?).  Is this in addition to the 50 tonnes each, agreed to earlier?

Clinton, Putin OK Plutonium Deal

MOSCOW (AP) - President Clinton and Russian President Vladimir Putin <snip>
signed agreements putting in force initiatives begun by Clinton and former
Russian President Boris Yeltsin: To reduce weapons-grade plutonium
stockpiles by 34 tons each; and to set up a joint center in Moscow to
monitor missile launches. 
These are ``major steps to reduce the nuclear danger,'' Clinton said.
