[cdn-nucl-l] Addendum to the MAPLE medical isotope reactor 1st criticality

In congratulating the MMIR teams at Chalk River, Sheridan Park and MDS
Nordion (in Kanata, outside Ottawa)  I should have mentioned that a lot of
work, in both reactor physics and thermalhydraulics analysis, was performed
here at Whiteshell Laboratories.   Sorry folks.
